Refund policy

Every template is free. There is no checkout, no account, no subscription and no card stored anywhere, so no charge can have been made and no refund can be owed. If you believe you have been billed by Quirebound, that did not come from us — please tell us and contact your bank.

The rest of this page is the policy that would take effect if a paid tier ever launched. It is published now so the terms are known in advance rather than written after the fact.

Fourteen days from the moment you are charged, on a first payment and on a renewal alike. The clock would run from the charge rather than from first use, so something bought and forgotten would still be refundable for the full fourteen days.

Most digital-goods policies stop the moment you download, which makes the trial period worthless — you cannot evaluate a template without taking it. We would not do that. Take the files, read the source, decide it is not for you, and ask anyway.

You would keep what you downloaded. We are not going to pretend we can take files back, and we would not want to.

Email from the address you paid with and say so. No reason required, no form, no retention flow and no offer of a discount to stay. We would process it within two working days; your bank then takes its own time, usually five to ten days, and that part is out of our hands.

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EEA you have a statutory fourteen-day right to cancel a distance purchase. That right technically lapses once you begin downloading digital content, but the policy above is deliberately more generous than the law requires and we would not rely on that carve-out.

Nothing here reduces any right you have. Where they differ, the more generous one applies.

If a paid tier launches, this page is rewritten in the present tense before anything can be bought — not after — and the date beside it moves. Current terms are always on the pricing page.
